Smart Shop Floor is unique in our skills-based scheduling which allows businesses to rank the skill sets of operators to ensure that skilled operators are assigned to those jobs which require more experience or are best suited to their abilities. Once jobs are scheduled based on a consideration of priority and due date, there will be a clear schedule for the day, 3 days, a week, or fortnight ahead. Any operation that is missed will flash in red on the schedule and will impact a running estimated time of completion of that specific job that is updated on a real time basis.
