Digital Andon System
Digital Andon systems are comprised of industry 4.0 enabled smart sensing lights that work in conjunction with smart shop floor real time and motion solutions. The Andon system also acts as a communication tool to maintenance and supervisors with its shop wide visibility helping to reduce walk around time and prevent injury on the shop floor. Andon lights will display a colour depending on the uptime or operational losses selected by the operator (Green for utilised, Red for Downtime, Blue for call for assistance).
