Integrations

Keep the systems you trust. Connect the work in between.

SmartShopFloor links your CRM, your accounting or ERP system, your shop floor and your customers, so a won sale moves into production and back to invoicing without re-keying.

Choose your system

One connected workflow. A tailored scope for each system.

Each system is different. Accounting packages, full ERPs, specialist fabrication tools and CRMs each support different parts of the workflow, so every page explains what that connection covers.

Smart Shop Floor also works with manufacturers using other business systems, including Epicor, MYOB Greentree, Pronto, SYSPRO and Ease. What can be connected depends on the system and your setup, so we confirm the approach with you during scoping.

Product names and logos belong to their respective owners and identify the software discussed. No partnership or certification is implied.

Nothing goes live until you approve it.

Connecting your systems is a managed project, not a switch. We agree the scope, including any additional ERP customisation needed for your sales-to-production handover, then prove it with your own jobs before switching over.

Managed service. Ongoing support covers SmartShopFloor and its agreed integration. Your ERP or CRM vendor continues to support their own product unless agreed otherwise. Service terms are set out in your agreement.

FAQs

Integration questions

Which systems does SmartShopFloor connect to?

This section covers Xero, Oracle NetSuite, MYOB Exo, MYOB Acumatica, SAP Business One, STRUMIS and HubSpot. What each connection includes depends on the system, so every page explains its own scope.

Does every system support the same workflow?

No. For example, Xero is accounting software and does not hold production orders, while ERPs such as SAP Business One do. We agree the right scope for your system.

Are invoices sent to customers automatically?

No. Full dispatch prepares a draft invoice in your accounting or ERP system. Your team reviews, approves and sends it.

How does go-live work?

User acceptance testing is prepared, tested and verified with your team. Go-live only happens after you approve it.

Who supports the integration once it is live?

Our managed service covers SmartShopFloor and the agreed integration. Your ERP vendor or partner continues to support the ERP itself unless agreed otherwise.
